The UPOU Learning Commons Project is located at the unniversity of the Philippine Los Banos Open University, National Highway, Brgy. Maahas, Los Banos Lagnuna. The project is adjacent to the UPOU Teaching and Learning Hub will serve as its extension.

The project was designed using principles of green atchitecture and engineering and is adaptive to climate change. The building maximizes the use of ventilation when needed which sigificantly contributes in lowering its electricity consumption and operational expense.
