The bulding boasts of green building systems such as rainwater harvesting system which collect rain/storm water to be re-used and a sewage treatment plant(STP) with reverse osmosis technology which collect and treat waste water to be re-used for flushing of toilets and other non-portable water requirement. these technologies significantly help in reducing the water consumption thus, lowering its operational expense.
