BUTUAN CITY CONVENTION CENTER

The city of butuan aims to add another landmark for the city, thus the development of the Butuan City Convention Center came into the fruition. The project serves as a venue for gathering purposes, and conventions specially large in nature. The development shall be the first of its kind in the city which boasts of its historical significance, heritage and identity.

It is designed in a contemporary architectural style which is intended to be one of the most iconic building in the city as well as in the region of mindandao. The defining point of the contemporary design is that it is constantly evolving and it reflects the city of butuan as a FAST EMERGING city. The for and other architechtural details was inspired from the ‘BALANGAY’ which is symbolic to the city since butuan was known for its metallurgic industry and sophistical naval technology during pre-colonial times.
