The proposed four (4) storey learning resource center is located at P. Paterno St., Leyte Normal University. The Learning resource center has an approximate Total Enclosed Gross Floor Area (TEGFA) of 10,000 sq.m. The new Building will also be connected to other buildings within the area. The building will house classrooms, training/function rooms, a 2-level modern library, an auditorium and a multipurpose hall.
