A new 4-storey Executive building and a 3-storey legislative building will be built in the new Imus Cityhall Complex located in Malagasang 1-G, City of Imus Cavite. it has an approximately lot area of 52,216.66sq.m. The project shall be the new house of the City Government of Imus and shall be a high performance government office building. With the new Cityhall Complex the local government aim to increase worker and staff productivity, greater flexibility in terms of future expansion, while providing safe, healthy, comfortable, durable, aesthetically pleasing and technologically advanced.

Sustainability and environmentally low-impact approach was use through “Green Architecture” The project aims to have sustainable energy sources and conserve energy by careful study of the site and potential impacts it may have and utilizing and maximizing the natural resources to reduce energy cost and operational expense.
