The proposed Corporate / Operations building is situated on a generally flat lot of an approximate area of 5,500 sguare meters. Located at the former site of the Silangan Lodge & Restaurant and the pasalubong building bounded by the BGBNEAB access road on the North, BGBNEAB-MCIAA boundary fence along the West and South, and on the West by the Lapu-Lapu Airport Road.

The new Corporate / Operations building aims to house all of its MCIAA offices in one site. The overall intent when the project was designed is to have a “resort-feel” and “world class govornment building” that is at par with its international counter parts. The Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority (MCIAA) envisions the Mactan-Cebu International Airport to be a major airport hub in Asia Pacific region.
