EOOA’s actual contractual work starts depending on the owner’s TOR Commonly, we commence at the inception of the project when the owner outlines his requirements and ends after the turnover of the Contract Documents or deliverables. Cost Management and Quantity Surveying

Cost management is crucial in every design and construction project. The primary objective in almost all developments is having a competitive cost, the highest quality, the shortest time.

Our role as Quantity Surveyor or Cost Engineering may start at any of the following phases;

  1. Design Phase
  2. Pre-Construction or the Tender/Bidding phase
  3. Construction phase

During the pre-construction phase, our role is to formulate a budget for construction in accordance with the resource of the clients. From the schematic phase, we provide the client of the Probable Construction Cost in order for them to have such an idea at an early stage. From this information shared with the client, the succeeding stages will be a closed collaboration between the client and our designers to come up with a reasonable budget for construction.

During the pre-construction phase, we assist the client in the evaluation of contractors proposal if it complies with the requirement of the approved design.

During the construction phase, clients hire our services to monitor the accomplishment of the contractor based on the approved contract amount. We also evaluate the contractor’s progress billing and make recommendations for payments to the client. Our Services include;
