The new COMELEC main office building Complex is an environment-friendly developement envisioned to have a modern, world-class,green and iconic design that will server not only the present but also the future needs of the commission.

Situated on the Central Business Park 1 Island A, the lot is approximately 2 hectares. The development is comprised of 3 separate buildings connected by a bridge. These theree buildings have 9 floors with 1 hlaf “submerged” basement level for parking facilities. The Main Office Building on the center is the most imposing edifice that houses the main departments including the executive and legislative offices.
